Parents and guardians: We will need copies of the following documents before your registration can be finalized.
You may drop off the documents at the school.

1. Student Immunization Records
2. Copy of Parent/Guardian ID or Driver's License
3. Copy of Parent/Guardian Social Security Card
4. Copy of Recent Utility Bill (Showing Residential Address)
Your spot will be saved as soon as your registration documents are received.
